Eric Chan The bolts shipped initially were in gold colour, which do not match the description of the product. I contacted customer service and they shipped out the black ones very quickly. Also not matching the description of the product is that it says the package includes two stomp pads but it has actually one. I ended up having two stomp pads because they told me to keep the initial package (gold). Regardless, customer service is excellent.
