Maggie Leon

Maggie Leon is a trailblazing individual. She is the first ever team rider and in-house employee at Rome Snowboards. Maggie spends the off-season working as a Design Engineer with our boot and binding team, developing and testing future seasons’ gear. Come winter, Maggie is out in the streets, clocked-in and clipping-up. All the while, thinking about what how to make the best possible gear along the way. Truly, All Ways Down.
